Walking City OCT: Grey and Cerise

So I'm joining an OCT (an Original Character Tournament for those who are wondering)

This is the first time I'm joining a Tournament that's pretty hyped and pretty big. You guys should join in too!

Even though Cerise is loud, and Grey is awkward, funnily enough when meeting other people, Grey usually a lot more friendly than Cerise. When in conflict, Grey tends to find a more diplomatic solution, while Cerise just gets mad, making the situation worse. But through solving puzzles or problems....Cerise is the more calculating one, even if she stubbornly refuses to give up on solving difficult ones.

History: 

Cerise and Grey works at the Earth & Dust Relations Agency. An independent, interplanetary sect that maintains peace between Earth and Alka. The Agency was formed after the first interplanetary war on said planets, during that time Cerise and her older sister left from what was left of Alka to a new life on Earth. Though Cerise had no memory of her home, because she was just a baby then. 

Grey, on the other hand, was born and grew up in Edne' City, an artificial island built as a meeting point for Earth and Alka. He was raised in an orphanage but due to the number of refugees arrived and troubling times during and after the war, Grey was never adopted along with his friends. He then left his home and went independent. And one thing led to another and he was "hired" by the Agency.

Additional info on their weaknesses:

As much as they're well equipped, Cerise and Grey are pretty much vulnerable to anything harmful or dangerous. EMP or electric shocks can disable their abilities, but you can just hit them or daze them enough so they can't properly use them. 

Due to their abilities connected in their nervous system, over-using their abilities can cause slight head-aches to migraines, but using it beyond that could even cause seizures.
