Oct 8: The Glass Elemental

Design an elemental character! (bonus points for environment they'd be in!)

In the Valley of Glass, where sand meets fire, there came spirits who inhabit the glass  due to the luster and the vain-ness they carry upon themselves. But the glass is special, for when they inhabit their vessels they are forever trapped. Now they wander around the Valley asking for help to those who came by, only for the unfortunate to be mutilated by their shattered vessels.
