This is Gast and his noble steed Emmet. He's a very poor wizard with a very strong sense of morality, all his equipment are all from the trash bin and yet he makes use of it all although quite outdated. He gives free enchantments and potions to those in need, though he doesn't advertise it as much. And so he waits his clients to approach him instead.

That is, if you can handle that old hobo smell.

He's called a saint among the common folk but he's like "That's ridiculous, I'm an atheist."
